Converter — The Amazing Unit Converter App Reviews

I purchased this app because I was tired of having to Google my conversions all the time. I like that this app has lots of different measurements. However I am disappointed because theyre missing one very common and useful measurement - ml. I use millilitres all the time. Its on many, many consumer products. Please add this measurement already!

Great for midsize party

I like this app because it is so straightforward give you multiple options for different conversions without a lot of hassle. I would definitely recommend it.

I downloaded to my iPhone 5 and found it to be a retrograde step wrt to version on my 3GS. What happened to the calculator? Also 1 USD = 7.000E-1 EUR duh? Cant find how to get it out of scientific mode. Also would like to see a fuel consumption converter too. Fix these issues and you get 5 stars. For info - I have 3 converters loaded to cover what I need.

New version doesnt work with OS-7. Waiting for update....

Une application géniale ! Les données sont mises à jour régulièrement (devises). Par contre, la navigation entre chaque unités est loin dêtre ergonomique. Il faut trois plombes pour placer le curseur sur la bonne unité. Développer une fonction historique ou un champ de recherche et la 5ème étoile sera méritée. ------- Its the perfect app if you want to convert things. Its only flaw : the fact that youll have to scroll down every unit before reaching the one youre looking for. Its far from being ergonomic and takes a lot of time. In fact, thats what keeping you from getting a fifth star. Id suggest you work on the implementation of an history log or a search box. Other than that

Easy and clear conversion

Ich habe noch nichts gefunden, was man hätte ergänzen können! Das Design finde ich sehr schön, ich kann diese App. jedem empfehlen, der was umrechnen muss. Ich hätte diese App. auch für 79cent gekauft, das ist sie definitiv wert! Translation: Simply genius! I havent found anything, what could have been added! The design is very beautiful, I can recommend this applicatiom to everyone, who has to convert something. I would also have bought this application for 79 cent, its definetly worth it!

... then ist will be 5 stars! Because without favorites you have to search every time for the right pair you need ( and quite often you need the same pairs again )

You have some work to do

Works now without problems. Please add an option to create favorites for currencies. Also a build-in calculator would nice as well.

I am using this app frequently and I am very happy with it. Compared to what friends are using I think this one is easier to use, too.

How can 1gal = 3 Tablespoons How can 1 cup = 4.5 teaspoons This app doesnt seem to make logical conversions. As well it uses exponents. Is it a scientific conversion app since many of the conversions go to 5-6 decimal places. Who would need this except science workers. Not recommended

So what Ive been noticing more and more about conversion apps is that they are exclusive. Why would an app ever deny the existence of a countrys currency. I am going to Iceland soon and just want a decent app that has Icelandic krona in the conversion table. I find it a bit offensive. Yes there are hundreds of currencies out there. But then allow us to edit which ones show and which ones dont. Everything else on this app is great, minus the bad physics engine for the scroll window. Sometimes it doesnt register my finger movement.

The complaints here are not justified... Great app

I gave it 5 stars because it doesnt deserve all the low ratings it has so far. Its a great looking app, the only thing I would change is the way you scroll through the units, theres a very small area of the screen that you can use to scroll which is hard to touch with your thumb, this makes it very difficult to scroll.
