No landscape mode?

I generally like this app and have found it quite useful over the years. But the complete failure to implement landscape orientation on the iPad now has me looking for an alternative. Yes, that seems trivial or petty, but its such a basic feature that I have no doubt has been implemented in other equally competent alternatives. Spending another buck or two isnt going to break me.
